Our daughter Abbey trained privately with Steve and Kelsey over the past two years. We found Steve and Kelsey to be excellent people to help train our daughter. Kelsey and Steve were a lifeline for our family during the pandemic. Both are fountains of positive energy and encouragement for both adults and children looking for a personalized fit to fitness. My wife, and both daughters (aged 3 and 8) had great experiences with them. They were great about flexibility of schedules and conditions to work with our schedule. During tight scheduling, they even went as far as to arrange sessions at outdoor parks and worked with our 8 year-old daughter in rain, sunshine, heat or cold to come up with workouts and progressions that motivated her, conditioned, gave her a bit of grit and helped her form a “no excuse”, “can-do” attitude. I was a high school athlete fighting shoulder, back, and neck pain throughout. I have been to countless doctors, physical therapists, and chiropractors with not much relief. My daughter Jordis has been working out with Steve and Kelsey for years and it was devastating with the pandemic of Covid 19 hit and facilities were closed. Steve and Kelsey decided to create a home personalized weekly plan consisting of strength, cardio, and stretching specifically designed for Jordis. They are on point with her needs, even created videos to show correct positioning so Jo knew how to do the exercises she was unfamiliar with safely. They check in at the end of every week to find out what went well, what challenged her and any questions Jo may have. Every week the workouts get more intense building on the previous week.. Jo has even been battling some gymnastic injuries and these workouts and stretches have helped immensely.. Steve and Kelsey are top notch crossfit/mobility coaches that I would recommend to anyone looking to create at home workouts. Jo is a gymnast and being off during this trying time would have been a huge setback when returning to the gym if she didn’t have a regiment to keep her in top shape. Hands down 5 *****!!!!

“I have been using Positive Flow for a little over five weeks. I talked with Steve and Kelsey before I signed up and they totally understood what I needed. I have gained 25lbs over the last couple years because of knee injury and surgery. In the five weeks I’ve been using their system I’ve lost 8lbs and it’s getting me closer to my first goal. I workout three days a week and I walk and do meditation and stretches on my days off. In two more weeks we are going to start my nutrition program (lifestyle change). ~Review Update 11 Weeks Later~

Just wanted to let people know how well my workouts and nutrition are going. It’s week 11 and I’ve lost 15 lbs been doing my workouts 3 days a week and just started my nutrition plan this week. Coach Steve and coach Kelsey make it so easy to stick with this program. If your serious about getting healthy and feeling better you have to check out their program. I have a long way to go but I know it’s possible now.

~Review Update 21 Weeks Later~

I have been using Positive Flow for 21weeks. I started at 227 lbs. I have set goals for myself and today I hit my first goal I weighed 199 lbs this morning 💪🥰 It’s not just the weight loss— I feel so good and so much healthier. My clothes fit better—some are even too big.😁 Coach Steve and Coach Kelsey have been here every step of the way. I follow their nutrition plan that was made for me and my life style. It’s been the easiest change I’ve ever done. I have to say this is not a temporary change, it’s the rest of my life change. I eat right, I workout three days a week and I feel great. Thank you so much Steve and Kelsey for getting me back on track and probably saving my life. Because of you I feel so good and I’m ready to take on what ever life throws at me. Gyms are closing again in my state tomorrow, but I haven’t felt like the gym environment was right for my personal risk threshold in a pandemic, and prefer a home workout anyway... but typically lack motivation. 2 local friends of mine started an at home program thats been keeping me active during the days at home. If I could focus on better nutrition too, I’d be losing weight. As it stands, I’m eating what I want and not gaining, so for now that’s good enough. And I’m seeing things tone up and generally feeling stronger.They email me 2 workouts a week. What I like about it more than getting a workout DVD is the variety and accountability. I respond when I complete my workout. I explain what moves don’t work well, and they give me ideas for other moves that work the same muscles but work with any limitations I have. It’s the closest thing to a personal trainer in a pandemic. Highly recommend.
